My daughter experienced an injury that left her feeling uneasy about running at the same level. Melinda gave her a space to talk freely about her fears, and helped her find her love of running and racing again. She ended up winning the league finals with a PR, and has committed to run for a DI school next year.  More importantly, I feel like she is herself again.
